What does the Policy Cover?
- Volunteers of a performing group member for their loss of Income arising from an accidental injury suffered while that volunteer is engaged in authorised voluntary work on behalf of the insured group (including direct travel to and from such voluntary work).

- The insurer of this product is AFA Pty Ltd (ABN 83 067 084 333) AFS Licence No. 247122 under a binding authority given to it by Zurich Australian Insurance Limited (ZAIL), ABN 13 000 296 640, AFS Licence Number 232507

- The Voluntary Workers Personal Accident policy is offered as an optional policy to all Duck Performing Group Members.

What is the Basis of Settlement?
- The weekly benefit payable in the event of an injury claim is calculated based on 85% of the members verified earned income in the 6 months immediately preceding the injury.
What is the Policy Excess?
- 14 days from the date the member is unable to work due to injuries suffered
What are the Territorial Limits?
- Worldwide excluding Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Chechnya, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine and subject to the applicable PDS & Policy Wording.
What is Excluded by the policy?

- Age Limit 18 to under 75 years of age.
- No cover is provided for Pre-existing Conditions.
- No cover is provided for Sickness.
- No Benefits will be claimable which are covered by:
- Medicare, or by any
- workers compensation legislation,
- transport accident legislation,
- government sponsored fund, plan, medical benefit scheme or any other
- insurance policy required to be effected by or under law
- No Benefits will be claimable if the injury is caused by
- any deliberate, illegal or criminal acts committed by the insured person
