The simplest way for an individual to join Duck is usually through the website. However, if you prefer, you can download and fill out the application form below and send it back to us through Australia Post. Please note we do not accept faxed or emailed individual applications.
Our definition of a group is a group of performers, performing at the same time, in the same place in the one group.
Performing groups can join Duck for Cover in one of two ways:
A performing group where all the members are individual members of the current Duck policy, can then register as a group at no additional cost using the GA form.
The Community Performing Group or Theatre Group cover will cover the named performing group. Anyone performing with the group can be covered but only while they are performing with the group.
