Ducklings (performers under 18)

we love our ducklings!

It's great to be able to support the next generation of performers with cover. Younger performers under the age of 18 are very welcome to join Duck as members and be covered under the Duck policies much as adult performers are.

As the cover is the same as the cover for performers over 18, the costs are the same.

However, we do need the application form signed by a parent/legal guardian in order to accept the application.

You can do this in one of two ways:

1) Download and complete the individual application form, making sure you sign the Declaration for Performers under 18 years of age;

or

2) Complete the online application but return this Declaration Form to us as soon as possible.
